Description

Grade II. Late C18 or early C19. 2 storeys, 3 windows, brick, wide stucco band at the lst floor, hipped slate roof. Glazing bars intact. Centre doorway has hood and plain transom light over door. Ground floor sash windows are of 3 lights (B1).
A cottage hospital, paid for by public subscription, was opened in Cambridge Road in 1889. In 1915 moved to a new site off Glade Road (B2).
