Description

Grade II. Pair of small houses. C17, altered and extended C18 and later. 1½ bays to left have timber frame with whitewashed brick infill and similar brick ground floor. Left gable and wing to rear are of flint with brick dressings, part a C20 extension. 1½ bays to right are of whitewashed brick. Thatch roof, half-hipped to left, with tiles flanking central dormers. Brick chimneys to left, between left bays and to front of right bay. 1½ storeys. Ground floor has barred wooden casements, one 3-light, 3 2-light, and 2 single lights flanking chimney to right. Upper floor has 4-light leaded casement in thatch to left, and 2 C19-C20 eaves-line dormers with 3-light barred wooden casements and fishscale shingles in gables (B1).
