Description

Grade II. House. Mid-late C18 altered early C19. Red and vitreous brick with first floor band course and projecting plinth, the front completely rendered. Hipped tile roof, brick chimneys. 2 storeys and attic. 5-bay front with renewed 3-pane sash windows. Fourth bay has flush-panelled door with semi-circular radiating fanlight and boarded jamb reveals. Flanking outbuildings with brick walls and tiled roofs are of later date. Rear has irregular wooden casements, some with original segmental heads. Other altered openings, one with board door. 3 gabled dormers. In front of left bays is an early C19 gabled projection of chequered flint and clunch, of one storey and an attic with board doors (B1).
