Description

Grade II. House. C17, altered. Left gable has rendered timber frame with brick infill; remainder rebuilt early C19 in flint with brick dressings. Old tile roof; chimney stack of thin brick with off-set head to right. 2 storeys, 2 original bays. C20 barred wooden casements to ground floor, 3-light to left, 2-light to right; 3 3-light wooden casements with single horizontal glazing bars to first floor. Half-glazed door to right of centre. Matching C20 flint and brick bay to right; another C20 brick extension to rear. Interior has deeply chamfered spine beam with moulded stops in right bay, timber framing in cross walls, and some curved wind-braces (B1).
