Description

Grade II. House. C17, altered. Timber frame with thin brick infill to first floor, the ground floor rebuilt C19 in flint and brick. Thatched roof, C20 brick chimney at N. end. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Irregular C20 wooden casements, the E. side with sash window to first floor left and 2-light window with old mullions to first floor right. W. side has C20 French doors to left. Range of C20 extensions at S. end forms T-plan, the W. projection half-timbered with half-hipped thatch roof, the E. projection of one storey with flat roof. C20 porch in W. angle. Interior of original S. bay has stop-chamfered joists (B1).
