Description

Grade II. House. C17, altered, refurbished 1985. Timber frame with whitewashed brick infill, half-hipped old tile roof, later brick chimneys between left bays and to right. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Paired C20 2-light wooden casements to right bay and first floor of centre bay, one 2-light casement to ground floor centre. C20 door between right bays. Left bay has Cl9-C20 2-storey half-hipped projection of whitewashed brick with paired wooden casement to first floor. Interior shows timber framing with curved braces and wind-braces. Right bays have heavy stop-chamfered spine beams and joists, probably re-set. No trace of original chimney (B1).
