Description

Grade II. House. C17-early C18, altered and extended. Timber frame with whitewashed brick infill, ground floor mostly rebuilt in whitewashed brick. Upper storey has framing concealed by ornamental half-timbering. Old tile roof, external chimney of whitewashed brick to right. 2 storeys, 2 original bays. Irregular C20 paired leaded casements, flush panelled door in left bay, verandah with pent tiled roof on posts across ground floor. Slightly lower half-timbered bay to left with similar casements, the upper of 3-lights; another narrow extension at slight angle to far left, with garage entry and flat-roofed dormer. Included for group value (B1).
