Description

Grade II. House. C17, now incorporating C19 outbuilding, all refurbished c.1930. Timber frame with renewed brick infill; old tile roofs; chimney with grouped shafts of narrow brick to rear gable. Gabled bay to right with 1930s rear extensions; lower bay projects to left with former outbuilding attached to left end. 2 storeys. Gabled bay has 2 C20 paired leaded casements to each floor, irregular wooden and leaded windows to right side, and entry in rear extensions. Left bay has single leaded light to ground floor and wooden window to first floor. Former outbuildings are of flint and brick and are single-storey with 3 C20 paired leaded casements and brick chimney. Interior: right bay has stop-chamfered spine beam, first floor plastered fireplace with 4-centred chamfered arch, and diagonal wind-braces (B1).
