VIKING SPEARHEAD WITH LONG BLADE SHARPLY POINTED & PRONOUNCED ANGLE AT BASE OF BLADE. FOUND BY MR GREGORY WHILST EXCAVATING FOR DRAINAGE OR FOUNDATIONS NEAR SITE OF MOAT OF CASTLE ABOUT 1896 (B1-2).
