Description

Grade II. Three cottages in L-plan block. 2 centre bays are late C18, with c.1900 extensions of one bay to west and wing to east. Original part has S. front of knapped flint with simple unknapped flint surrounds to openings, and N. wall of flint with brick dressings. Circa 1900 bay to left is of vitreous header brick with red brick dressings; right wing is of knapped flint with brick dressings. Circa 1900 plain tile roofs and brick chimneys; wooden bargeboards and some tile-hanging to gables of extensions. 2 storeys. C18 bays have 3-light casements, leaded to ground floor, the upper windows with wooden glazing bars. Central flush-panelled door with wooden cornice hood. Extensions have barred wooden casements, those in right wing with brick Tudor hoodmoulds (B1).
