Description

Grade II. Barn. Mid C18. Timber frame and weatherboard, flint and brick plinth lined with chalk, half-hipped corrugated iron roof. 3 bays. Central gabled projecting cart entry with tiled roof and door in right side. Cartshed attached to right, with flint and brick rear wall, tiled roof, and 4 bays, the right bay with board doors (B1).

Dendro-dating obtains a felling date of 1724-5 for timber from the barn. See report (filed) for detail (B4).
