Description

Grade II. Small house. Early-mid C18, renovated 1939. Timber frame with brick infill, the infill whitewashed along right side. Most of front gable end and left side of rear bay rebuilt in brick, C19 and C20. Old tile roof, external brick chimney to left side of front bay, C20 brick chimneys to rear gable. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Gable end to road has C20 3-light leaded casements, with leaded lunette over upper window. C20 glazed door to right. Lower openings have cambered heads. C20 lean-to porch to right side of rear bay. Interior: front bay has stop-chamfered spine beam and fairly substantial joists (B1).
