Description

Grade II. Former house, now offices. Circa 1830. Red brick, rendered plinth, dentil eaves, hipped C20 tile roof, brick chimneys. Double pile. 2 storeys and basement, 3 bays. 4-pane sashes with gauged heads to outer bays; central first floor window with semi-circular arched head. Central door with marginal glazing, semi-circular fanlight and moulded wooden entablature hood on slender fluted metal shafts. Door is approached by double flight of stone steps on semi-circular plan. Steps have wrought iron railings. Small basement window to left. Sides each have a single storey semi-circular projection with flat roof, bracketted eaves and sash windows (B1).
