Description

Grade II. House. C17-early C18, part rebuilt and extended mid-late C19. One timber-framed bay projects to N., with brick infill, whitewashed rendered plinth, and rebuilt brick gable; remainder brick. Plain tile roofs, C19 brick chimneys with pilaster strips and off-set heads. L-plan. 2 storeys. N. bay has irregular wooden casements and C20 half-glazed door to left. Projecting S. wing is mostly C19 and has first floor band course and wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars. Left return, on N. side, is irregular; right return has 3-light casements and door in hipped porch between left bays. Upper windows have taller central lights and small brick gables above (B1).
