Description
Grade II. C17 timber framed house. Altered, and left 2 bays encased in brick C18, then refronted with colour washed masonry scribed render to south front. Two bays and cross wing to right. Old tile roofs. Barred sash windows, some casements. Two storeys plus attic. C17 stack to cross wing. Two C18 gabled wings at rear, flint and brick. Lean-to from cross wing south gable. Porch to south. Weathered C18 end stack at left. Interior has chamfered and stopped spine beam to cross wing ground floor on decorated bracket. Timber framing exposed internally. Early C18 closed string stair with splat balusters from first floor to attic, C19 flight to ground floor (B1).
