Grade II. Early C19 2 bay, 2 storey red brick cottage. Cambered ground floor heads. Old tile roof. Central door, casements. To south brick and flint outbuilding, old tile roof. To north-east brick and flint outbuilding, 2 bays, old tile roof (B1).
