Description

Grade II. C17 timber-framed house of 1 1/2 storeys, subdivided and refronted C19 in brick, each half of 2 bays. Timber-framing exposed at rear and on gables. Gabled bracket hoods to doors. Cambered openings. Leaded casements of 3-lights to No 37 and 2 or 3-light to No 36. No 37 refronted in plum brick, No 36 in red brick. Gabled dormers. Inside are large chamfered joists to ground floor ceilings. RCHM I 100 MON.49 (B1).
