Description

ROMAN POTTERY HAS BEEN FOUND AT VARIOUS TIMES SINCE C.1892 IN FIELD CENTRED AT NGR (B1).
IN 1974 SHERDS OF OXFORD, NENE VALLEY & SAMIAN WARES WERE FOUND ON N & W SIDES OF FIELD (B6).
IN 1987 FIELDWALKING PRODUCED A GREYWARE RIM & OTHER SHERDS (B8).
POTTERY FINDS IN 1974 & 1987 ITEMIZED ON CAS CARD.
