Description

Grade II. Early C19 villa of knapped flint rubble with rough flint and clunch dressings. Hipped Welsh slate roof with projecting eaves and cornice. Two storeys. South- east elevaton to Raans Road has four windows, the right hand two in a recessed section. Shallow arched openings with three mullions forming intersecting gothic tracery. South-west elevation to Woodside Road has two similar windows in centre of each floor, and a pointed-arched blank recess each side. Lower brick wing in left with horizontal sliding. Sash windows under segmental arches. The end bay is No 170 Woodside Road (B1).
