Description

Grade II. C17 converted outbuilding colourwashed brick, 3 timber-framed gables, old tile roof, one storey and attic. North elevation to Rectory Way, central modern door with 2-light leaded casement each side, small attic window in gable, 1-light casement in each side gable. West elevation to Rectory Hill has modern door on right, three modern casements on left. Flint and brick garden wall attached on south (B1).
