Description
Grade II. Early to mid C19 front of red brick with Welsh slated roof. 2 storeys, 3 1st floor sash windows with glazing bars under cambered relieving arches. Ground floor canopy on cut brackets over sash window on left, double light sash on right. Back elevation shows timber framework with red brick nogging. Nos 2 to 20 (even) form a group (B1).
Buildings report dated Aug 1980 held at NMR (B2).
Brick between two left hand windows inscribed with date May 25th 1840. Photo of building prior to demolition. Building subsequently moved to Chiltern Open Air Museum (B3).
