Description
Grade II. Mediaeval timber frame and red brickwork to narrow tall structure at right angles to road. 2 storeys with exposed framework of different periods to north elevation, C18 refacing with red brickwork to south with 2 tall flush set sash windows with glazing bars under cutter flat arches. Attics, 2 casement box dormers with glazing bars. Gabled old tiled roof. C18 large south west wing of 2 storeys. Red brick, old tiled roof. East elevation to road has 4 flush set sash windows with glazing bars under flat arches. Segmental arches to windows flanking door in surround of Ionic columns under entablatures with pulvinated friezes, dentilled cornices and pediment. South garden side elevation has 4 sash windows with glazing bars in reveals under cutter flat arches. Cornice band, parapet, hipped tiled roof. Interior: fine marble and carved pine chimneypieces (B1).
