Grade II. 1880 by J Wallis Chapman. Flint rubble stone dressed, Welsh slate roof behind parapet with battlements and pinnacles. 1 storey, casement windows, irregular L plan. Included for group value. Chesham Bois Manor, Coachhouse and lodge form a group (B1).
