Grade II. Contemporaneous with house and with crow step gable. Stone, flint and brick. Chesham Bois Manor, Coachhouse and lodge form a group (B1).

Photo of building in 1975. Demolished in about 1983, replaced by a 2 storey extension to the house (B3).
