Description

Grade II. Attached to Ingham Cottage (No 24) [1245203000]. C19, altered. Red brick, hipped tiled roof. 1-storey and attic, round arched window to street, dormer with 2-light casement, heavy bargeboard and ornamental tile hanging to gable. South front has gabled open porch, flanking modern 4-light bow windows large gabled dormers above. Included for group value (B1).
