GRADE II. C16 OR 17. TIMBER FRAME, BRICK NOGGING,OLD TILED ROOF. 2 STOREYS, LATTICE CASEMENTS. L PL AN. ORIGINAL HEARTH AND STOP CHAMFERED BEAMS. MODE RN WING IN KEEPING. SOME TILE HANGING. ROAD ELEVAT ION HAS GABLE AND 1ST FLOOR OVERSAILING ON EXPOSED TIMBER CORBELS. IVY HOUSE AND BARNS FORM A GROUP (B1).
