Description

Grade II. Estate Cottages. 1908. Brick ground floor, tile hung first floor, clay tile roofs. Vernacular Revival style. Handed pair of two bays, and two storeys. Rushmere extended by one bay c1950. Gabled inner bay projects and has extended eaves to form porches. Three light casements with glazing bars. Rushmere has later bay window. Porch framed with posts and braces. Hipped roof with gables - enriched centre and end stacks. Garage door to Rushmere later bay. Built for the estate Arthur Lazenby Liberty of Liberty and Co (B1).
