Description

Grade II. C16 or C17 timber framed building, altered in C19. Two storeys. Now divided into 3 shops. Gabled cross wing each end. Nos 40 to 44 have the upper storey tile-hung and 2 modern bar and transom windows. No 38 has the timber framing exposed and the upper storey projecting. Ground floor altered for shop fronts (B1).
