GRADE II. C17, REFRONTED C19. RED BRICK; MACHINE TILE ROOFS; CORBELLED BRICK CORNICE. TWO STOREYS. FIRST FLOOR WITH 3 SLIDING CASEMENTS, SET FLUSH UNDER EAVES. GROUND FLOOR WITH 3 SLIDING CASEMENTS WITH CAMBERED RELIEVING ARCHES AND 3 DOORS, 2 OF THEM WITH TILED GABLED PORCHES AND ONE WITH A MODERN TILED SLOPING PORCH. ALL WINDOWS WITH GLAZING BARS (B1).
