GRADE II. C17, REFRONTED C18. RED BRICK WITH SOME BURNT HEADERS; OLD TILE ROOF. TWO STOREYS. GROUND FLOOR WITH DOOR WITH SMALL TIMBER HOOD ON TINY BRACKETS AND ONE SASH WITH CAMBERED RELIEVING ARCH AND GLAZING BARS. FIRST FLOOR WITH ONE SASH SET FLUSH UNDER EAVES AND WITH GLAZING BARS (B1).
