Description

Grade II. Mid C19. A symmetrical group of barns forming a forecourt to the farmhouse. On the left, first, a building with brick plinth, weather-boarded walls and tiled roof and, then, another on settlestones with brick and timber walls and slate roof. On the right, first, a building with brick plinth, weather-boarded walls and tiled roof and a gabled cart entrance at the rear and, then, a low weather- boarded and tiled building incorporating some C18 Gothick wooden arcading. Across the front, a very low flint wall with an upper part of timber tracery work (B1).
