POTTERY FOUND JULY-OCT 1973 ON SITE OF NEW HOUSING ESTATE. COULD BE PLOUGHWASH. INCLUDES 1 OUTSWEPT STORAGE JAR RIM, SOAPY FABRIC; BEAD RIMS; C1-EARLY C2 MORTARIA RIM. POSSIBLE INDICATION OF C1-2 SETTLEMENT. ALSO A FEW PIECES OF TILE, BURNT FLINT & HORSE TEETH. FOUND BY MR F J YOUNG (B1-3).
