Description

Grade II. Mid C19. Colour-washed brick; old fishscale tile roof with decorated ridge tiles and a group of 4 chimneys on ridge. L-plan. One storey. Gable end with barge-boards and finial. Rectangular bay window with fishscale tiled roof and eaves boards. Above a panel in moulded frame with drip mould containing a shield with inscription, 'KYND KYNN KNAWNE KEPPE', a motto of J Kaye of Fulmer Grove. To the right, one 2-light casement with drip mould. On left hand return, projecting brick porch with tiled roof (B1).
