Description

Grade II. Part C18, enlarged C19. Whitewashed brick; slate roof. Two bays through 2 storeys linked by central section and with a wing, partly 2 and partly one storey on left hand. Left hand bay, C18 and bowed; right hand bay C19 and polygonal. Ground floor link section has veranda with cast iron columns and brickets, glazed roof. All windows sashes and with different types of glazing bars. Two of the windows in the central section have moulded surrounds and elaborate cornices on brackets; one is narrow and arched. Interior with many C19 fittings including cast iron firebacks, marble mantel-pieces and cast iron railings to stairs (B1).
