Description

Grade II. Colourwashed brick; old tile roof. One storey. Two round-headed casements with leaded lights. Later closed wooded porch with, above, a plaque reading 'Weslyan Chapel 1820' (B1).
Small late 18th-century cottage, formerly part of a short terrace, is of brick and tile with remains of two storeys of windows in the front wall, replaced by two round-arched chapel windows with entrance between in later porch. Perhaps converted c.1828 (in which year the house of John House, wheelwright, was registered for Wesleyans), although dated 1820 on a late 19th century tablet (B2).
