Description

Grade II. C17 and late C18/early C19. C17 part timber-framed with colourwashed plaster. Later part with colourwashed brick. Old tile roof. Two storeys. Later elevation: first floor with two 2-light casements with cambered arches. Ground floor with central door and two 2-light casements with cambered arches. Modillion cornice. C17 elevation: on left hand roof slopes down to one storey and has old red brick chimney through it. First floor with 2 small windows under eaves. Ground floor with door and one window. The landscape adjoining the farmhouse has associations with the poet Gray (B1).
