GRADE II. C18. COLOURWASHED BRICK; OLD TILE HIPPED ROOF. TWO STOREYS. OPEN PORCH RUNS ACROSS WHOLE B UILDING. MODILLION CORNICE. FIRST FLOOR WITH TWO 3 -LIGHT CASEMENTS. GROUND FLOOR THE SAME BUT WITH CAMBERED ARCHES. TO THE LEFT AND SET BACK A 2-STOREYED ONE BAY ADDITION IN THE SAME STYLE. TO THE LEFT AGAIN, A MODERN SINGLE STOREYED ADDITION (B1).
