Description

Grade II. C.1900 red brick and half timber picturesque cottage. Hipped plain tile roof with 2 small wooden louvres on ridge. One storey and attic. 2 dormers on east side and large dormer gable on south end with leaded Venetian type window and half timbering in gable. Roof is carried out on broad brackets all around. At north east corner a projecting wing with half timber to gable. Ground floor east side has door flanked by 2-light leaded windows all with moulded wood heads. Moulded sills to windows. Similar window to projecting wing. An estate cottage of Britwell House, part of a group with St Anselm [CAS 0151303001] and the Clock Tower and Garden Wall at St Anselm [CAS 0151303000] (B1).
