GRADE II. C18 ALTERED IN C19. RED BRICK, PARTLY REFRONTED; HAND MADE TILE ROOF WITH BRICK EAVES CORNICE. TWO STOREYS. GROUND FLOOR WITH VERANDAH ACROSS WINDOW, DOOR, AND A SHALLOW BOW WINDOW. FIRST FLOOR WITH 2 MODERN CASEMENTS BENEATH BRICK-FILLED GABLE HEADS PROJECTING INTO ROOF. ENTRANCE NOW ON LEFT HAND RETURN. CHEQUERED BRICK IN LEFT END WALL AND 1ST FLOOR BAND (B1).
