GRADE II. C18, REBUILT C1900. RED BRICK AND BURNT HEADERS; FIRST FLOOR AND SIDE CEMENT RENDERED; HAND MADE TILE ROOF WITH HIPPED END AND MODILLION CORNICE. CORNICE AT FIRST FLOOR LEVEL. WINDOW RANGE W ITH 2 SASHES. GROUND FLOOR WITH CENTRAL MODERN DOOR WITH SEMICIRCULAR HOOD ON SCROLL BRACKETS AND FLUTED PILASTERS AND A SHALLOW BAY SHOP WINDOW AND ONE SASH. ALL WINDOWS WITH GLAZING BARS. LISTED FOR GROUP VALUE (B1).
