Grade II. Converted and restored barn or outbuilding. C17. Timber-framed; brick nogging; hand made tile roof. Gable end and part of first floor weather- boarded. Modern garage doors; first floor, modern windows. L plan with further timber-framed range to south, this section in Hall Barn Estate Yard to rear of No 23 (B1).
