GRADE II. HEADSTONE TO GRAVE OF G K CHESTERTON (DIED 1936) AND HIS WIFE. PROBABLY BY ERIC GILL. PORTLAND STONE WITH COPED POINTED HEAD AND A RELIEF CARVING OF CHRIST CRUCIFIED WITH MARY STANDING TO LEFT. FINE LETTERING (B1).
Tombstone of G K Chesterton, died 1936 and his wife, Frances, died 1939. Relief of Christ crucified and the Virgin by Eric Gill, 1937 and 1939 (B2).
