Grade II. Early C19. Colourwashed brick; slate hipped roof; 2 storeys. First floor with 2 sashes. Ground floor with one sash, and a C19 shop front with door and window framed with 3 plain pilasters and entablature. All windows with segmental heads and glazing bars (B1).
