GRADE II. C18. RED BRICK; OLD TILE HIPPED ROOF BEHIND PARAPET AND WITH SQUARE CHIMNEY CENTRALLY ON FRONT ROOF SLOPE. THREE STOREYS. FIRST AND SECOND FLOORS EACH WITH 5 SASH WINDOWS, THE CENTRAL ONE BRICKED-IN, THOSE OF THE FIRST FLOOR LONGER. GROUND FLOOR WITH A C19 TILED RECTANGULAR BAY WINDOW, A DOOR FLANKED BY SIDE WINDOWS AND WITH A FANLIGHT WITH GLAZING OR GRADUATED CIRCLES WITHIN A 4-CENTRED ARCH AND A CARRIAGE ENTRANCE (B1).
