GRADE II. C18. RED BROWN BRICK; SLATE ROOF BEHIND PANELLED PARAPET. TWO CEMENT RENDERED STRINGCOURSES, ONE BELOW PARAPET, ANOTHER AT FIRST FLOOR LEVEL . CEMENT RENDERED PLINTH. TWO STOREYS AND ATTIC WITH 2 DORMERS WITH SLIGHTLY CURVED ROOFS. FIRST FLOOR WITH 2 SASHES WITH GLAZING BARS. GROUND FLOOR WITH ONE SASH WITH MARGINAL GLAZING AND A DOOR WITH FANLIGHT SET IN A CEMENT RENDERED COLOURWASHED SURROUND (B1).
