GRADE II. C17. TIMBER-FRAMED, REFRONTED C18. RED BRICK; OLD TILE ROOF WITH BRICK MODILLION CORNICE. TWO STOREYS. FIRST FLOOR WITH 2 SLIDING CASEMENTS. GROUND FLOOR WITH CENTRAL PAIR OF DOORS EACH BENEATH A SIMPLE OPEN GABLED PORCH, AND 2 SLIDING CASEMENTS. ALL WINDOWS WITH GLAZING BARS (B1).
