GRADE II. C18. RED BRICK WITH SOME BURNT HEADERS; OLD TILE ROOF BEHIND PANELLED PARAPET. TWO STOREYS AND ATTIC. ONE DORMER WINDOW. FIRST FLOOR WITH 3 SASHES WITH CAMBERED RELIEVING ARCHES. FOUR-BRICK STRING COURSE AT FIRST FLOOR LEVEL. GROUND FLOOR WITH A BAY WINDOW, A 6-PANEL DOOR BENEATH HOOD ON BRACKETS AND ONE SASH WITH CAMBERED RELIEVING ARCH. ALL WINDOWS WITH GLAZING BARS (B1).
