GRADE II. C18 AND C19 SMALL SQUARE OUTBUILDING, WITH OLD BRICK BASE AND WEATHERBOARD ABOVE. OLD TILE ROOF. A LOADING DOOR AND SIX-PANE WINDOW TO LOFT FLOOR. A LENGTH OF C18 RED BRICK WALL RUNS NORTH. LISTED FOR GROUP VALUE (B1).
