Description

Grade II. C19 early, 2 storeys and basement, brick, slate roof. The eaves and level of both parts lined through. 1 window to left hand on 1st floor and 1 window to right hand on ground floor. 4-panelled door in left hand centre and basement window adjoining. Elevation to Walton Road - C19 early. 2 storeys, brick with rubber arches, wide eaves, slate roof hipped to left had 2 16-paned sash windows. 2 panelled central door recessed in arched opening with panelled reveals and soffit, arched fanlight over door with circle and segmental glazing pattern. This front of the house is set back from and at a higher level than the road with brick retaining wall, steps and contemporary wood railings. All the listed buildings in Walton Terrace form a group (B1).
