Description
Grade II. C19 early, 2 storeys, stucco. A composition of a 3-bay central block and slight lower side wings. Central block. Moulded stone cornice, and moulded stone blocking course in the form of a flat pediment. 3 windows on 1st floor with painted stone architraves and moulded stone cornices. There have been 2 similar windows on ground floor but the left hand has been altered to a modern rectangular bay. Central 2-panelled door in 3 centred arched rusticated stone porch painted with moulded and dentilled cornice and blocking course; approached by stone steps between curved retaining walls with rusticated piers at bottom. The side wings each have 1 wider window, the left hand ground floor window has modern rectangular bay inserted. All windows have narrow edged glazing, altered. All the listed buildings in Walton Terrace form a group (B1).
